This project came about over two years of regularly visiting the Coigach region of northwest Scotland. 

Over this period I got to know the diverse people living within this small community.

On visiting them in their homes, I visually selected objects to draw belonging to each individual that seemed to bear a resonace to that person: Something surprising, specific, intriguing or mysterious to me.

These drawings of objects were placed beside a drawing of the outside environment to form a dailogue of dramatic landscape paired with intimate possession.
